摘　　要：全国名老中医学术继承人指导老师史纪教授根据明代万全提出的小儿"脾常不足"的学术观点,认为小儿脾胃素虚,易为湿邪所困而脾阳虚衰,且肾阳气未充,易生寒湿,故慢性腹泻的病机为脾失健运、肾阳不足,治疗常立足于脾肾,采用温肾健脾法治疗小儿迁延性腹泻,效果显著。Professor Shi Ji which is the famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine academic heir instruction put forword the aca-demic point of view of ＂ the spleen is often insufficient＂ of infant according to the Wan Quan ’s solution of Ming Dynasty. He thought that children with spleen deficiency were easily trapped by the origin and the spleen yang deficiency, and insufficient kidney yang led to cold-dampness. The pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea was dysfunction of spleen in transportation and insufficient kidney yang. Treatment is often based on spleen and kidney. The warming kidney for strengthening spleen method is adopted to treat infantile protracted diarrhea,and the effect is significant.
