邹燕勤教授治疗肾病综合征经验介绍及验案分析

摘　　要：通过参与我院第9期"师带徒"传承活动,笔者师从邹燕勤教授,跟师抄方,待诊在旁。邹师为江苏省首批名中医,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,从医60余年,擅治各种中医肾系疾病。众所周知,肾病综合征是临床常见病、多发病、难治病,伴有大量蛋白尿、严重水肿和诸多并发症,传统西医治疗使用以糖皮质激素和(或)细胞毒药物为主,副作用大、并发症多且容易复发,笔者从辩证、治法等多方面分享邹师经验,展示邹师雄厚的中医功底和对该病的深刻认识,并附验案二则,与同道共同探讨中医治病奥秘。Through participating the ninth heritage activities of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）- ＂ inheritance from master to ap-prentices＂, I followed Professor Zou Yanqin to learn her experience in the renal clinic. Professor Zou is the first batch of famous TCM doctors in Jiangsu Province, enjoys the special government allowances. She has been a clinic doctor of TCM for more than 60 years, and she is very good at treating kidney disease. As we know, nephrotic syndrome is a common and frequently occurring disease in renal clinic,accompanied by a large number of proteinuria, edema and many complications, and it is difficult to cure. The conventional treatment by Western medicine mainly included glucocorticoid and（ or） cytotoxic drugs, accompanied by many side effects, complications, and was easy to relapse. I shared the experience of Professor Zou from the syndrome differentiation and treatments, demonstrated her solid founda-tion of TCM and her profound understanding of this disease, and by attached two clinic cases. Let ’s jointly explore the mystery of TCM.
