金韦消石饮治疗泌尿系结石30例

摘　　要：目的探讨金韦消石饮治疗泌尿系结石的临床价值。方法收集60例在我院就诊的泌尿系结石患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用排石颗粒治疗,观察组采用中药汤剂金韦消石饮治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用金韦消石饮治疗泌尿系结石可显著提高治疗效果,临床价值显著,可推广应用。Objective To study the clinical value of Jinwei Xiaoshi drink in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods 60 cases of patients with urinary calculi were collected in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cas-es in each group. The control group was treated with Paishi granules. The observation group used Jinwei Xiaoshi drink. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using Jinwei Xiaoshi drink in the treatment of urinary calculi can significantly improve the effect, and has significantly clinical value. It is worthy of promotion.
