益阴止眩饮结合卡托普利治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病30例

摘　　要：目的研究自拟方益阴止眩饮加用1/2常用剂量卡托普利中西结合治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的有效性及安全性。方法收集60例中医证型为阴虚阳亢的高血压病例,年龄40~70岁之间。所有病例随机分为试验组（30人）与对照组（30人）,分别以予益阴止眩饮加用1/2常用剂量卡托普利与常用剂量卡托普利,治疗四周,观测两组患者治疗前后血压水平及中医临床症状积分的变化。结果试验组降压总有效率为80.00%,对照组降压总有效率为83.33%,两组间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;中医证候改善率试验组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且无毒、副作用。结论益阴止眩饮加用1/2常用剂量卡托普利中西结合治法是治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的有效方法,安全无毒、副作用,值得临床进一步开发和扩大应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects and safty of Yiyin Zhixuan drink combined with Captopril in treating hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome,aged from 40 to 70, were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Yiyin Zhixuan drink combined with Captopril, and the control group was treated with Captopril. The measured parameters included blood pressure and clinical syndrom before and after treatment. Results The totle efective rate of blood pressure of thetreatment group and the control group was 83.33% and 80.00%, respectively, and there was not significant diference between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. The totle effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome thetreatment group and the control group was93.33% and 73.33%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.01）. And there was no toxicity and side effect. Conclusion Yiyin Zhixuan drink combined with Captopril can be used safely and effectively in hypertension patients with yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome. It is worthy of further clinical development and wide application.
