药浴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭为多种慢性肾脏疾病晚期肾功能严重受损导致的一系列临床综合征。西医治疗慢性肾功能衰竭时以血液透析和肾移植手术为主要治疗方法。慢性肾功能衰竭属于祖国医学的"关格""水肿""虚劳"等,本病虚实夹杂,正虚为本,邪实为标。中药药浴是将中药煎熬取汁,外用,药物通过与人体皮肤广泛浸泡、接触、吸收及温水的刺激,使药效透过皮肤毛孔进入毛细血管到达人体循环而发挥作用的一种外治方法。中药药浴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有很大优势,尤其是治疗伴有皮肤瘙痒症状的慢性肾功能衰竭患者,临床疗效确切,优势明显。若合用针灸、敷贴等外治治疗手段更是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的一大特色。现将中药洗浴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的近况研究陈述如下。Chronic renal failure is a series of clinical syndrome caused by severe renal dysfunction in many advanced chronic renal dis-eases. Hemodialysis and renal transplantation is the main Western medicine treatment method. Chronic renal failure belongs to ＂ obstruc-tion and rejection’, ＂ dropsy＂ and ＂ consumptive disease＂ in TCM, and it is intermingled deficiency and excess, deficient vital qi being root cause, pathogen excess being manifestation. Medicinal bath therapy is an external therapy which Chinese herbal medicine is decocted,the effect enters into capillaries circulation and works through extensive soaking, contact with human skin, absorption and the stimulation of warm water. Medicinal bath therapy in treating chronic renal failure had a great advantage, particularly in treating skin pruritus in pa-tients with chronic renal failure, and the clinical effect and advantages were obviously. The application of acupuncture and external treat-ment was a major feature in treating chronic renal failure. The status quo of medicinal bath therapy in treating chronic renal failure is as follows.
