摘  要:分析阳煤集团发供电分公司第三热电厂2#锅炉主蒸汽温度持续偏低的原因:如过热器积灰严重、减温水截止阀存在漏量、入炉煤发生突变、设计不合理、省煤器鳍片改造考虑不周、过热器吸热量不足等,并进行试验分析、排查和论证,同时结合同类型电厂的成功经验,通过对2#炉高温过热器、低温过热器进行改造,解决了主汽温度偏低的问题,提高了机组的安全稳定运行性。This paper in the third thermal power mainly plant of analyses the consistently low causes of the main steam temperature of No. 2 boiler Yangquan coal group power supply branch company, such as superheater Severe deposition, desuperheating water globe valve leakage, furnace coal mutation, unreasonable design, fin economizer transformation thoughtless, insufficient superheater heat absorption and so on. For the reasons mentioned above one by test analysis, investigation and argumentation, at the same time combined with the successful experience of the same type power plant, through transforming high temperature superheater, low temperature superheateration of No. 2 boil- er, solve the problem of the lower main steam temperature and improve the safe and stable operation of the unit.
