摘　　要：职业技术学院学报必须在其功能、内容、受众三方面有准确的定位。只有认清自身的优 势,扬长避短,创出职业技术学院学报的特色,才能在竞争中求生存、求发展。The journals of polytechnical institute must osient accurately in following threeaspects, that is functions, contents and publicity. They can exist and develop in competitions only under the pzezequisite conditions that their devantages and disadvantages be realized and the distinguishing features of the jousnals of polytechnical institutes be created.
