摘　　要：目的 :探讨心理资本、成就动机对重症监护室(ICU)男护士职业延迟满足的影响。方法 :采用便利抽样法选取广东省16所综合医院的109名ICU男护士,应用心理资本量表、成就动机量表以及职业延迟满足量表进行问卷调查。结果 :ICU男护士的职业延迟满足得分为(19.79±5.29)分,心理资本得分为(45.21±5.02)分,成就动机得分为(4.34±6.14)分。婚姻、月收入、职称、乐观与追求成功对职业延迟满足具有正向预测作用。结论 :目前ICU男护士职业延迟满足的整体水平偏低,可通过保持乐观的工作态度、强化追求成功的信念,来改善ICU男护士的职业延迟满足状况。Objective： To probe into influence of psychological capital and achievement motivation on ICU male nurses＇ Vocational delay of gratification. Methods： A total of 109 nurses from 16 general hospitals in Guangdong were investigated with psychological capital scale, achievement motivation scale, and vocational delay of gratification questionnaire. Results： The mean score of vocational delay of gratification was 19.79±5.29. The mean score of psychological capital was 45.21±5.02. The mean score of achievement motivation was 4.34±6.14. Regression analysis showed that there were significant positive correlation among marriage, income, professional title, optimism, pursuit of success and vocational delay of gratification. Conclusion： The level of vocational delay of gratification is still low. Maintaining optimistic attitude and strengthening motivation for succeed is an effective approach to enhance nurses＇ vocational delay of gratification.
