摘　　要：目的 :建设医院医务人员职业接触的防护体系,强化医务人员职业安全防护工作。方法 :在中国疾病预防控制中心、职业卫生与中毒控制所、职业卫生标准研究室的调研及帮助下,对我院职工的职业安全防护工作进行了积极的探索。结果:建立了一套具有科学性、先进性、系统性、可行性的医院职业接触防护管理体系。结论 :本研究所建设的医院职业接触防护体系具有系统、科学和可行性,对提高职业接触防范与报告意识起到一定的促进作用,切实落实职业防护措施,确保了医务人员的职业安全。Objective： To build medical staff occupational exposure protection system, strengthen the medical staff occupational safety. Methods： Under the supervision and help of the Chinese center for Disease Control and prevention, Institute of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Disease, and the occupational health standards laboratory, the authors made an active exploration of occupational safety and protection. Results： They set up a scientific, advanced, systematic, feasible occupational exposure protection management system. Conclusion： This hospital occupational exposure protection system could improve medical staff＇s awareness of occupational exposure, promote their precaution and report behaviors, ensure their occupational safety.
