摘  要:在我院落实《优质护理服务评价细则(2014版)》和开展自查互查工作过程中,发现文件材料不完善、应急预案及演练不到位、延伸护理未进行持续改进、护士分层考核与岗位晋级执行不统一等全院共性问题。通过对《优质护理服务评价细则(2014版)》的解读与培训,对存在问题的条款提出具体执行要求和考核要点,帮助护士长理解和正确落实评价标准,得到了护士长的高度认可,同时改进了护理管理工作,提升了护理质量。In the process of implementing Detailed Rules of High Quality Nursing Service Evaluation(2014 Edition) and carrying out the work of self-examination and peer review, we found some common problems in the whole hospital, such as incomplete documentation, not in place emergency preplan and the rehearsal, lacking continuous improvement of extended nursing, and inconsistent nurses' hierarchical evaluation with post promotion execution, etc. Through the interpretations and the training of Detailed Rules of High Quality Nursing Service Evaluation(2014 Edition), we put forward the specific performance requirements and the examination points according to the rules with problems and helped the head nurses understand and carry out the evaluation criteria exactly. These practices got the high recognition of the head nurses, improved the nursing management and the nursing quality at the same time.
