摘　　要：目的 :总结对失能患者实施居家护理工作的体会,探索居家护理中心工作模式。方法 :经过全面评估,对15例失能患者提供居家护理服务。结果 :失能患者家属的照护能力较实施居家护理前提高,照顾者心理压力明显减轻,照顾者对居家护理服务的满意度为100%。结论 :居家护理能够提高患者家庭照护能力,减少并发症的发生。Objective： To summarize the home-based care experiences for patients with disability, and explore working mode of the home care program. Methods： The authors provided home care for 15 patients with disability and analyzed the effects. Results： The care ability of family caregiver improved, and their mental pressure decreased obviously. All of them were satisfied with this service. Conclusion： Patients＇ travel back and forth hospital can be effectively avoided through home care. Moreover, patients＇ self care ability increased, and the occurrence and development of complications decreased after home care.
