摘　　要：变频调速技术由于具有高效节能、调频范围宽、调频方式简单、转矩特性可选择和保护功能齐全等其他调速方式不能比拟的显著优点,在交流电动机拖动的设备中应用广泛,成为近代电气工程中发展最快的一种电动机调速方式。因此,对变频调速进一步的研究已成为工程界的一个热点,具有广阔的市场前景。本文以三相异步电机为控制对象,罗克韦尔公司的AB Micro850 PLC为主控制器,通过以太网将其与PowerFlex 525变频器建立通讯连接,实现对三相异步电机的速度闭环控制。结果表明,变频调速控制系统结构简单、性能可靠、运行稳定。Because of frequency control technology with high efficiency, wide frequency range, simple FM mode, selectable torque characteristics, fully functional protection significant advantages which other speed mode can not be compared to. It has been widely used in AC motor drive device and become one of the fastest growing motor speed control mode in modern electrical engineering. Therefore, further research on the frequency control has become a hot engineering, and has broad market prospects. This paper use three-phase induction motor as the control object, Rockwell＇s AB Micro850 PLC as based controller, which via an Ethernet connection to establish communication with the PowerFlex 525 drive, to achieve the speed of three-phase induction motor closed-loop control. The results showed that the frequency control system is simple, reliable and stable.
