摘 要:为对我国农业科技与金融结合的效率进行科学测定,选取农业科技发展中的重要载体农业科技园区为例进行研究。采用农业科技园区各项金融投入与科技产出指标,运用DEA模型,对我国农业科技园区科技金融结合的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行测定,进一步研究了各个投入产出变量的冗余问题。结果表明,我国农业科技园区科技金融结合整体处于低效状态,其主要原因是科技转化为产值的能力不足。在此基础上,提出了推动科技成果转化的对策建议。In order to make a scientific determination of the efficiency of the combination of agricultural science and technology and finance, agricultural science and technology zone as the important carrier of agricultural science and technology zone is selected as a case study. Selecting the financial input and output of science and technology indicators of the agricultural science and technology zone, using DEA model, financial combination of science and technology of our country agriculture science and technology zone comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency were determined, some redundancy problems in postpartum variables are further studied. Results show that combination of China's agricultural science and technology zone and finance is in inefficient state, the main reason is poor output of science and technology. Based on this, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of how to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
