Evaluation of Drought Resistance of 50 Cynodon dactylon Germplasms at Germinating Stage under PEG Stress

摘  要:为了筛选抗旱性强的狗牙根种质,采用15%的PEG溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究其对50份新疆狗牙根种质种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫降低了狗牙根种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,而对胚芽长、胚根长的影响趋势并不一致;主成分分析结合隶属函数综合评价认为,材料Cd016、Cd002、Cd047、Cd039抗旱性较强,综合评价值均大于0.60,Cd034、Cd043、Cd013、Cd021、Cd008、Cd032、Cd040抗旱性较弱,综合评价值小于0.30。In order to select for strong drought resistance of Xinjiang bermudagrass germplasms, the seed germination and seedling growth of 50 bermudagrass germplasms at germinating stage were studied under 15% PEG (polyethylene glycol) stress. The results showed that drought stress decreased the seed germination rate, germination energy, germination index, while the effect on radicle length and plumule length was irregular. According to principal component analysis and subordinate function analysis, Cd016, Cd002, Cd047 and Cd039 had the stronger drought resistance, their comprehensive evaluation values were more than 0.60, and Cd034, Cd043, Cd013, Cd021, Cd008, Cd032, Cd040 had the lower drought resist- ance, their comprehensive evaluation value was less than 0.30.
