摘  要:研究了不同修剪频率对狗牙根草坪草叶绿素含量、根系活力、草坪土壤呼吸速率昼夜变化及草坪土壤CO2日释放量的影响。结果表明:修剪提高叶片叶绿素含量,促进狗牙根草坪草的根系活力,最佳修剪频率为2周1次。三种修剪频率处理下,草坪土壤呼吸日动态趋势基本一致,但土壤呼吸速率差异显著(P<0.05);在7月和9月,1周修剪1次时草坪土壤呼吸速率最大。各月份不同修剪频率对Q10值影响不同,7月为1周修剪1次>不修剪>2周修剪1次,8月为不修剪>2周修剪1次>1周修剪1次,9月差异不显著。44 alfalfa cultivars/strains were evaluated for the resistance to stemphylium leaf spot by the single leaf inoculation. Compared with the field evaluation result, the results showed that the two evalua- tion methods were correlative remarkably. By the method of single leaf inoculation, taking disease index as a variable, the 44 cultivars/strains can be clustered into 3 categories, there were 15 cultivars/strains of re- sistance, 22 cultivars/strains of moderate resistance, and 7 cultivars/strains of sensitive. After analysis, three cultivars, Huangguan, Xinmu No. 1 and Site with different level of resistance against stemphylium leaf spot were preliminarily screened as the check cultivars of resistance evaluation system in China.
