摘 要:以中国医科大学附属盛京医院为例,将一卡通门诊信息诊疗模式、手机APP门诊信息诊疗模式、电子排队叫号系统、分时段多途径预约挂号、物资请领、网上报修等信息化管理措施应用于外科门诊护理服务流程中,从而优化护理服务流程,提高患者有效就诊时间,提升护理服务效率和质量。Taking Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University as an example, informatization management measures are applied to outpatient surgical nursing process, including one-card-through outpatient information diagnosis and treatment model, cell-phone APP clinical message diagnosis and treatment model, electronic queuing system, sub-period and multi-channel reserved registration, medical material receiving, online reporting of the repair work, so as to optimize nursing service process, increase effective treatment time, improve efficiency and quality of nursing service.
