冰樟四黄膏的薄层鉴别方法研究

摘　　要：目的研究冰樟四黄膏的质控方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对冰樟四黄膏中大黄、黄连、关黄柏和冰片进行鉴别。结果 TLC中大黄、黄连、关黄柏和冰片特征斑点明显,TLC色谱中斑点的Rf值范围合适,各阴性对照对鉴别结果无影响。结论该方法可用于冰樟四黄膏的质量鉴别。OBJECTIVE To investigate the main methods of quality control of Bingzhang Sihuang gel. METHODS Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex,and Borneolum Syntheticum in Bingzhang Sihuang gel were identified by TLC. RESULTS In the identification by TLC,feature spots of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex,and Borneolum Syntheticum were clear; the negative control was free from interference. CONCLUSION The method can be used for the quality control of Bingzhang Sihuang gel.
