白芍总苷合并糖皮质激素治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究白芍总苷合并糖皮质激素治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的效果。方法选取本院2013-01-2015-01收治的60例活动期类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。2组患者均口服甲氨蝶呤片和白芍总苷胶囊,对照组加用醋酸泼尼松片,治疗组采取糖皮质激素小剂量递减静脉给药治疗,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果较之对照组,治疗7d后治疗组关节压痛、肿胀的指数明显降低,晨僵时间明显缩短,ESR、CRP明显下降（P〈0.05）;治疗30 d后2组总体疗效相当（P〉0.05）。结论对于活动期类风湿关节炎的治疗,糖皮质激素小剂量递减静脉给药与小剂量激素持续口服治疗相比,早期疗效明显,能迅速缓解症状,而近期疗效相当。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of hormone sequential therapy in combination with total glucosides of paeony on active rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS From January 2013 to January 2015,60 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were adopted and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients of treatment group were given the hormone sequential therapy besides taking methotrexate and total glucosides of paeony capsule,while the patients of control group were treated with oral acetic acid prednisone tablets on the basis of medication with methotrexate and total glucosides of paeony capsule.RESULTS Compared with the control group,swelling index,duration of morning stiffness,ESR and CRP were significantly decreased after treated for 7 d（ P〈0.05）; after treated for 1 month,there was no significant difference between these 2 groups（ P〉0. 05）.CONCLUSION Compared with continued treatment by taking orally small dose of hormone,sequential hormone therapy could remarkably improve the early curative effect,and rapidly relieve symptoms. However,there are equivalent effects between 2 groups in short-term effects.
