1例亚胺培南西司他丁致四肢抽搐的病例分析

摘　　要：1例86 a女性患者因肺部感染使用亚胺培南西司他丁钠0.5 g,q6 h,用药第4日出现四肢抽搐,换用其他抗菌药物后症状消失,但感染未控制。遂再次使用亚胺培南西司他丁钠,虽减慢滴速,仍出现抽搐症状,但幅度和频度减轻。A 86-year-old female patient was injected with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium（ IC） 0. 5 g q6 h because of pulmonary infection,convulsion of the limbs occurred on the fourth day,and disappeared after withdrawal of IC. Several days later,IC was used again because of uncontrolled infection,convulsion of the limbs emerged again in spite of slow drip,but symptom was mild.
