摘　　要：目的：探讨ICU治疗的肾功能衰竭患者家属的心理干预治疗效果，帮助患者家属调整不良心理情绪，使之尽快摆脱心理困境。方法选择2009年12月至2011年12月在我院ICU接受治疗的肾功能衰竭患者的家属50人，采用抑郁自评量表（ CES－D）和焦虑自评量表（ SAS），分别测量在干预前后干预组和对照组的患者家属的抑郁和焦虑情况。结果干预后的干预组抑郁（13.86±2.85）和焦虑（36.41±5.76）均低于对照组抑郁（17.25±1.77）和焦虑（48.29±6.18）评分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论心理干预能减轻患者家属的抑郁和焦虑。Objective To study the efficacy of psychological intervention to the family members of renal failure patients in the ICU.Methods 50 family members of each renal failure patient in the ICU were investigated from De-cember 2009 to December 2011 in the our hospital.CES-D and SAS scale were used to test status of depression and anx-iety of family members of patient at before and after the intervention.Results After psychological intervention, the scores of depression and anxiety of experimental group were lower than those of control group.The differences were sig-nificant （ P〈0.001 ） .Conclusions Psychological intervention could relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety of family members of patient.
