胃管防滑脱方法的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨胃管防滑脱的方法。方法选择2010年3～10月和2011年3～10月人住普外科留置胃管的清醒患者共100例。采用回顾对照法分为对照组（n=50）观察组（n=50），对照组按护理常规进行护理，观察组针对胃管滑脱原因，多方位预防滑脱。结果对照组11例滑脱，观察组仅1例。结论不断总结经验教训，三次固定胃管，加强宣教和沟通，及时减轻患者的痛苦，能有效地防止胃管滑脱。Objective To explore the methods of prevention of the gastric slippage. Methods 100 patients with gastric tube in Department of general surgery during March to October in 2010 and March to October in 2011 were studied. The patients who received gastric tube indwelling were divided into two groups, including the control group （n = 50） and the observation group （n = 50 ） . The retrospective control method was used. The patients were received routine nurging care in the control group. The causes were studied and the comprehensive prevention was applied in the observation group. Results 11 cases of gastric slippage were observed in the observation group, but only 1 case in the control group. Conclusions Summing up experience lesson constantly, three fixed stomach tube, strengthening propa- ganda and communication, timely to alleviate the suffering, all these could effectively prevent gastric slippage.
