循证护理在B超引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨循证护理在B超引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术中的应用效果。方法将92例在本院行B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各46例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，比较两组患者在术前心理状态、术中配合、术后并发症、患者满意度方面的情况。结果观察组的患者，在术前心理状态，术中配合，术后并发症的发生率及患者满意度方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理应用在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术中能使患者在整个穿刺过程中感到舒适和放松，从而积极配合手术，减少并发症的发生，同时可增加患者满意度，提高护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing for ultrasonic-guided per-cutaneous rectum and prostate biopsies.Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group （46 cases） .The patients in control group were given the usual care, the patients in observation group were given the evidence-based care and usual care.Patients in two groups were compared with mental state of preopera-tive, intra-operative cooperation, postoperative complications and degree of satisfaction.Results The mental state of preoperative, intra-operative cooperation, postoperative complications and degree of satisfaction in observation group were better than those of control group.Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing for undergoing ultrason-ic-guided percutaneous rectum and prostate biopsies could make patients feel comfortable and relax in the entire inspec-tion process, energetically cooperate operation, decrease the ratio of complications, increase patients satisfaction and enhance the quality of nursing.
