摘　　要：以宝业·万华城项目23号楼标准户型的施工为研究对象,对施工过程中存在的问题进行梳理,提出相应的措施,整个项目施工的应用结果表明这些措施是行之有效的。装配式建筑施工不同于传统全现浇建筑施工,在设计阶段应充分考虑施工时各工序对预制构件的影响,管理人员及作业人员宜全面掌握相关的专项施工技术,避免因操作不到位而导致的安装误差。Taking Baoye·Wanhuacheng No. 23 standard apartment as the research object,problems existing in the real process of construction are analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and the results of application of the whole project show that these measures are effective. Precast construction is different from traditional cast-in-place construction. In design stage,the influence of the construction process on the prefabricated components should be fully considered. Managers and operating personnel ought to master the specific construction technology involved,in order to avoid the mistakes caused by the inappropriate operation of the installation.
