摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土板材(ALC板)是一种新型节能建筑板材,它具有高强轻质、保温隔热、耐火环保等特性,但由于材料自身吸水性强、干缩大的性质,板材在潮湿气候中应用容易出现裂缝,分析了ALC板材产生裂缝的机理和原因,并结合ALC墙板在青岛某工程实例中的应用,介绍控制板材质量、预防裂缝的措施,对工程采用的施工工艺方案进行分析,对工艺中存在的不足提出优化建议,为ALC板在沿海地区的应用和推广提供借鉴。Autoclaved aerated concrete plate is a new kind of energy saving materials. It has features of high strength light weight, thermal insulation, refractory and environmental protection. But because material has high water imbibition and large shrinkage, plate in the humid climate applications easy to crack. This paper analyzes the ALC board mechanism and reasons of the cracks. Through the application of ALC board in Qingdao project, the authors introduce the construction process of the cladding wall construction technology and installation construction, analyze technology adopted in engineering from the control of plate quality, moisture content, prevention of crack, put forward the optimization suggestions to the shortage in the construction process, and provide reference for the application of ALC board in the coastal areas.
