摘　　要：入院教育在研究生培养过程中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色，为研究生顺利进入临床实习（实验阶段）、迅速完成角色转变打下坚实基础。JCI标准的核心是医疗质量与医疗安全，在研究生入院培训中应当积极贯穿JCI评审的理念。本文总结JCI标准在研究生入院教育中的应用与经验，为其他医院提供参考。JCI Standards-based admission education practice and experience of medical postgraduate students. In the process of postgraduate training the admission education plays a indispensable and leading role, which can lay a solid foundation for successfully entering the clinical practice （experiment） and quickly completing the role change. The core of the JCI Standard is the medical security and quality which is an basic idea should be actively run through in the whole process of admission education. This article summarized application and experience of JCI Standards-based Admission education for the medical postgraduate students, provide the references to other hospitals
