摘  要:ULCB钢被国际上誉为21世纪最有前景的新一代绿色环保钢铁材料,具有广阔的应用前景。本文总结了超低碳贝氏体钢中主要添加的合金元素及其作用;综述了超低碳贝氏体钢的国内外研究现状,指出超低碳贝氏体钢具有高强度、高韧性、焊接性能优良等特点且成本低廉;分析了超低碳贝氏体钢的独特优点,并提出了今后的发展方向。Ultra-low carbon bainit steels are praised as the most promising green environmental protection steel of new generation in the twenty first century by intemational, which have broad prospect using. The main adding alloy elements and their effects were summarized. The development and main achievements of low carbon bainit steels in China and abroad were introduced. It indicates that ultra-low carbon bainit steels have high strength, high toughness, excellent welding properties and cheap product costs. The unique advantages of ultra-low carbon bainit steels were analyzed and the future directions of research in the field were pointed out.
