摘  要:通过改变压缩过程中的压缩速率对铸铁进行压缩试验,分析了压缩速率对铸铁的组织形貌、石墨含量、石墨形状因子和石墨间距的影响。结果表明,随压缩速率增加,铸铁的组织形貌没有发生明显变化,石墨颗粒的形状也没有太大变化;但是铸铁中石墨的含量呈不断增加趋势,石墨的形状因子稍微增大,而石墨间距不断减小。当压缩速率为10 s-1时,石墨含量增加到最大值12%,石墨的形状因子达到最大值0.5,而石墨间距达到最小值76.7μm。The casting iron was compressed by using different velocities. The effects of compressed velocity on the structure, graphite fraction, graphite space and graphite ratio of the samples were analyzed. The results show that with compressed velocity increasing, the structure has no obviously changed ,and the graphite stays as ellipsoid and sphere; the graphite fraction increases while the graphite space decreases, and graphite ratio increases slightly, the graphite space becomes small. When the compressed velocity is 10 s^-1, the graphite fraction reaches the maximum value of 12%, and the graphite ratio reaches the maximum values of 0.5, while the graphite space decreases to 76.7 μm.
