摘  要:采用电子背散射衍射技术测定50SW1300冷轧无取向硅钢中不同织构组分的含量,利用主成分回归分析法,综合研究{100}面织构、{110}<001>Goss织构、{111}<110>织构、{111}<112>织构组分含量对无取向硅钢磁性能的影响。结果表明:利用主成分回归分析法能够从多个影响因素中获取主要的信息来定量研究多变量问题,揭示不同织构组分含量对无取向硅钢磁性能的影响规律。结果表明,不同织构组分含量与铁损之间并无线性关系;轧面、纵截面上{100}面织构、{110}<001>Goss织构组分含量的增加均能改善无取向硅钢的磁感,而{111}<110>织构、{111}<112>织构组分的增加会劣化磁感,且在优化磁感时,增加{100}面织构、{110}<001>Goss织构组分含量比降低{111}<110>织构、{111}<112>织构组分含量效果要好。Different texture component content in cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel 50SW1300 was determined by EBSD. With the help of principal component regression method, the effects of { 100}〈hkl〉, { 110}〈001〉 Goss, { 111 }〈110〉 and { 111 }〈112〉 texture components content on the magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel were comprehensively researched. The results show that the main information received from multi-factors with the method of principal component regression can be used to quantitatively research the multivariable questions and reflect the influence rules of texture components on magnetic properties. The results show that there is no linear relationship between texture components content and core loss. No matter in the rolling surface or the longitudinal section, {100}〈hkl〉 and {110}〈001〉 Goss texture components are beneficial to the increase of magnetic induction, however, { 111 }〈110〉 and { 111 }〈112〉 texture components have a negative effect on the magnetic induction. The effect of increasing {100}〈hkl〉 and {110}〈001〉 Goss texture components content is more effective than that of reducing { 111 } 〈 110〉 and { 111 } 〈 112〉 texture components content in the optimization of magnetic induction.
