冷喷涂复合粉末对H13钢模具性能的影响分析

摘  要:采用冷喷涂技术在H13钢模具表面喷涂了不同成分的混合金属粉末,并进行了涂层结合强度、抗热疲劳性能、耐高温磨损性能和耐高温腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,冷喷涂混合金属粉末可以有效提高H13钢模具的抗热疲劳性能、耐高温磨损性能和耐高温腐蚀性能,与未喷涂处理的模具相比,冷喷涂混合金属粉可使其300℃体积磨损率减少91.20%,750℃体积磨损率减少92.13%,750℃单位面积质量增加减少90.48%;冷喷涂金属粉末优选为Co-35%V-5%Sr-0.5%RE混合粉末。Cold spraying technology was used to spray mixing metal powder coating with different ingredients on H 13 steel mold surface, and the coating bond strength, thermal fatigue resistance, high temperature wear and high temperature corrosion were measured and analyzed. The results show that cold spraying mixed metal powder can effectively improve the thermal fatigue resistance, high temperature wear resistance and high temperature resistance of H13 steel mold. Compared with the mold without spray processing, the mold using cold spray mixed metal powder can make the volume wear rate at 300 ℃ decreased by 91.20%, make the wear rate at 750 ℃ reduced by 92.13% by volume, and make the mass weight gain per unit area at 750 ℃ reduced by 90.48% ; cold spray metal powder is preferably: Co-35% V-5% Sr-0.5% RE mixed powder.
