摘　　要：科技出版平台是现代科学信息交流的核心传播媒介。在系统梳理科技出版平台用户行为特征的基础上提出面向用户的科技出版平台构建要素,包括适时性平台定位、深层次资源整合、高效能资源发现和交互型功能设计,并指明开发报告型/分析型工具、拓展移动出版和引入社会化媒体将是未来发展方向。The STM publishing platform is a core medium for the modem science information communication. On the basis of user behavior characteristics from STM publishing platform, the paper proposes the construction elements of the foreign user - oriented STM publishing platform, including timing platform positioning, deep resouree integration, efficient resource discovery and interaction function design. Furthermore, it discusses the future directions for the improvement of STM pub- lishing platform, which embraces the development of report or analysis tools, the expansion of mobile publishing and the integration with social media.
