台州地区过敏性鼻炎患者过敏原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对台州地区过敏性鼻炎患者过敏原检测结果进行回顾性分析,为临床诊断和治疗过敏性鼻炎提供实验室依据。方法采用微粒子酶免疫法对台州地区112例患者的过敏性鼻炎患者血清中总Ig E进行定量检测,同时用酶免疫印迹法测定112例患者的特异性Ig E,并对过敏原分布进行统计分析。结果吸入性过敏原前3位为:屋尘螨/粉尘螨(56.2%)、屋尘(31.2%)、蟑螂(8.0%);食入性过敏原前3位为:鳕鱼/龙虾/扇贝(9.8%)、蟹(8.9%)、虾(3.6%)。不同性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论屋尘螨/粉尘螨是台州地区过敏性鼻炎患者最主要的过敏原。吸入性过敏原阳性率随着年龄的增加而降低。同一年龄段,吸入性过敏原阳性率均大于食入性阳性率。Objective Retrospectively analysis of the allergen test results in allergic rhinitis patients in Taizhou,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The total Ig E were tested by microparticle enzyme immunoassay in 112 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis; immunoblotting was used to test the specific Ig E in 112 cases,and statistically analyze the original distribution of allergies. Results In Taizhou city,the top 3 inhalation allergens are house dust mite / dust mite（ 56. 2%）,house dust（ 31. 2%）,cockroaches（ 8. 0%）; The top 3 food allergens are cod / lobster / scallops（ 9. 8%）,crab（ 8. 9%）,shrimp（ 3. 6%）. The differences of the allergens positive rate between man and woman had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Dust mite is one of the most important allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in Taizhou city. The positive rate of inhalant allergens decreases with increasing age. Inhalant allergens positive rate is greater than the rate of food allergens in the same age group.
