摘　　要：王充《论衡》一书,以其在中国思想史上的重要地位,深受历代学者青睐与关注。宋代以后,随着儒学地位的强化,宋人思想渐趋保守、正统,文学观念与思想价值观念的变化影响着学者对《论衡》的认识与评价,被视为《论衡》一部离经叛道之书,这种看法直接影响了明清时期对王充及《论衡》的评价。尽管宋代对王充及《论衡》以批评为主,但否定中仍蕴含着积极因素,其在宋代的广泛流传以及在宋代思想文化领域产生的影响仍不容忽视。Wang Chong＇s Lun Heng, with its important position in Chinese ideological history, is favored and paid attention to by scholars in different dynasties. After the Song Dynasty, with the strengthening of Confucianism and the birth of Neo-Confucianism, thoughts of people in the Song Dynasty become more and more conservative. The concepts of literary and values also have a profound change, which in- fluences the understanding and evaluation of the scholars on Lun Heng. People think this is a deviant book. Nevertheless, in the mainstream of critical evaluations in Song Dynasty, there still intermingle with some affirmative ideas of the book of Lun Heng. This also confirms that the influence of the book of Lun Heng in the field of ideology and culture can not be ignored in Song Dynasty.
