摘　　要：介绍了电梯使用单位负责人和电梯作业人员的岗位职责，并从劳防用品管理，施工安全和电气安全3个环节入手总结了电梯安装．维修现场应采取的安全措施，目的是提高岗位负责人安全责任意识，规范电梯作业人员进行操作时的行为。The post responsibilities of unit leader and elevator operator are described, The security measures of elevator installation and maintenance site should be taken are summed up from three links of labor protection management, construction safety and electrical safety with the purpose of improving safety responsibility of post responsiblity and regularizing behavior of elevator operator during operation.
