摘 要:进行了掺加不同品质和掺量粉煤灰、复掺矿渣粉混凝土的力学性能试验,分析了轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量、泊松比等力学参数随龄期的发展规律。结果表明,单掺粉煤灰混凝土早期强度发展较慢,后期强度增长较快,180d轴心抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别为28d的1.83倍和1.68倍,仅凭28d强度对低品质粉煤灰混凝土进行设计偏于保守。低品质粉煤灰混凝土复掺矿渣粉后,28d强度与180d强度相差不大,且抗碳化性能显著改善,可用于混凝土设计。The mechanical properties of fly ash concrete were tested, considering the effect of fly ash quality, admixtures content, multi- mixing slag powder and so on. The development law of mechanical properties with the concrete age was analyzed, such as the axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio. The results showed that, the early strength of fly ash concrete increased slowly while the late strength increased rapidly. The axial compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength at 180d were 1.83 and 1.68 times of the 28d strength respectively. It was insufficient to use the strength at 28d to design concrete using low quality fly ash. After mixing slag powder in the low quality fly ash concrete, the 28d-strength was similar with the 180d-strength, and its carbonation resistance performance improved significantly which can be used in concrete design.
