摘  要:偏转板射流伺服阀是射流伺服阀的一种,相对于传统的喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀,偏转板射流伺服阀具有更好的抗污染性能和可靠性,已经在大型运输机、客机等领域用于替代喷嘴挡板式伺服阀。射流级是偏转版射流伺服阀的核心组件,其性能决定着偏转板射流伺服阀产品的内漏、滞环、动态相应等多种性能指标。为了提高偏转板射流伺服阀的射流级压力增益,该文首先对其射流场进行解析建模,以实现射流级压力增益的计算;然后,根据内漏指标要求、工艺能力限制等因素建立射流级的设计约束;最后,结合优化算法,建立偏转板射流伺服阀的射流级优化方法,实现射流级压力的优化设计,提高伺服阀产品的性能。Deflect jet servo valve, which is one kind of jet servo valve and has been used in several field including large transport airplane passenger aircraft, gets a better anti- fouling performance and reliability comparing with traditional electric hydraulic servo valve. The jet stage is the key stage of Defect jet servo valve, and its performance determines the servo valve's internal leakage and hysteresis. In order to improve the pressure gain of jet stage, one optimal design method of jet stage is proposed. Firstly, one model is built to compute the pressure gain of one given jet stage; secondly, constraints are defined based on requirements of performance and manufacturing technology; finally,one optimal design method of jet stage is built, which can be used to improve the pressure gain of jet stage and the performance of the deflect jet servo valve.
