摘　　要：伺服油缸一般为单级油缸,多级油缸通常为工程机械或特殊场合使用的工程油缸。该文介绍了一种新型两级伺服油缸,既具有伺服油缸的动态响应快、定位精度高的优点,又具有多级油缸行程长、占用空间小的优点。The servo-cylinder generally is single stage cylinder, the multistage cylinder usually used for engineering mechanical or special occasion. This article describes a new two-stage servo-cylinder, not only there are a fast dynamic response and high positioning accuracy of servo-cylinder, but also there are long stroke and a small space occupation of multistage cylinder.
