玉屏风颗粒联合三伏天穴位敷贴疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合三伏天穴位敷贴疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将270例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为穴位敷贴组、玉屏风组及药穴合用组,各90例。分别采用三伏天特定腧穴穴位敷贴治疗3次,口服玉屏风颗粒1包,1日3次,口服玉屏风颗粒联合穴位敷贴治疗三种方法,疗程为三伏天。观察治疗1个月、6个月及12个月前后喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞及鼻黏膜肿胀程度的改善程度及积分变化。结果治疗1个月后总有效率:穴位敷贴组22.2%,玉屏风组30.0%,药穴合用组73.3%;治疗6个月后总有效率:穴位敷贴组51.1%,玉屏风组31.1%,药穴合用组63.3%;治疗12个月后总有效率:穴位敷贴组55.5%,玉屏风组58.9%,药穴合用组64.4%;三组间疗效比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合三伏天穴位敷贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的近期疗效及远期疗效均确切。Objective To explore the effect on the Yu Ping Feng granule and Acupoint Application on the Allergic Rhinitis. Method Two-hundred and ninty patients with Allergic Rhinitis were divided into there groups at random with treatment duration of dog days（ 90 cases by Yu Ping Feng granule,90 cases by Acupoint Application,90 cases by Yu Ping Feng granule and Acupoint Application）. Observed the improvement and integral change of sneezing,nasal discharge,rhinocnesmus and rhinocleisis before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rates after 1month of Acupoint group,Yu Ping Feng group and Yu-Acupoint group were 22. 2%,30. 0% and 73. 3%; after 6months were 51. 1%,31. 1% and 63. 3%; after 12 months were 55. 5%,58. 9% and 64. 4%.; differences between the three groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yu Ping Feng granule and Acupoint Application on dog days have a better efficacy for treatment of Allergic Rhinitis both in short and long-term.
