摘　　要：目的 探讨B超引导下行动脉采血的效果. 方法 选择需要进行动脉采血的患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各31例. 研究组采用B超引导下行动脉采血,对照组采用传统方法采血,比较两组患者穿刺一次成功率、疼痛情况、穿刺操作用时、穿刺并发症发生率及患者满意度.结果 研究组患者采血一次成功率、患者中重度疼痛发生率、穿刺操作用时、穿刺并发症发生率及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2 值分别为7. 884,5. 010,3. 867,9. 226,6. 369,6. 590;P〈0. 05）. 结论 B超引导下行动脉采血成功率高,并发症较低,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the application effects of arterial blood collection guided by type-B ultrasound. Methods A total of 62 patients, who demanded to collect arterial blood, were divided into experimental group （ arterial blood collection under type-B ultrasound） and control group （ traditional method） on average by random number table. We compared the success rate of pricking at the first time, pain, length of pricking, complications and patients′ satisfaction. Results The success rate of pricking at the first time, incidence of medium and serious pain, length of pricking, complications and patient′s satisfaction were better than those of the control group （χ^2 =7. 884, 5. 010, 3. 867, 9. 226, 6. 369, 6. 590;P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The arterial blood collection guided by type-B ultrasound has a high success rate and low complication incidences, which is worthy to promote in clinical.
