超速抑制后心脏停搏的机制及意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超速抑制引起的心脏停搏的心电图特征及临床意义。方法收集16例不同类型的心脏停搏的心电图病例,分析其心电图特征。结果引起心脏停搏的16例病例中房性期前收缩后出现心脏停搏4例,室性期前收缩后出现心脏停搏1例,房性心动过速后出现心脏停搏4例,心房颤动自行终止后出现心脏停搏4例,心房扑动自行终止后出现心脏停搏3例。结论房性、室性期前收缩、房速、房颤、房扑等快速性心律失常可引起短暂或暂时性的心脏停搏。Objective To discusses The ECG features and clinical significance of overdrive suppression caused by cardiac arrest. Methods To collect different types of 16 cases ECG induced by cardiac arrest, analysis of the ECG characteristics. Results Causes of cardiac arrest in 16 cases, cardiac arrest in 4 cases of atrial contractions after, cardiac arrest in I cases of ventricular contractions after, atrial tachycardia Beckoning after termination of cardiac arrest in 4 cases, self termination of cardiac arrest in 4 cases of atrial fibrillation, after the termination of atrial flutter by cardiac arrest in 3 cases. Conclusions Atrial, ventricular premature contraction, atrial tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and arrhythmia, atrial flutter can cause transient or temporary cardiac arrest.
