摘  要:探讨冠状动脉内植入含铜不锈钢支架后,对Th1/Th2型炎症介质水平的影响,阐述其防治支架再狭窄的可能机制。将雄性犬分成3组,每组7只,采用双盲法,分别植入含铜不锈钢支架、不锈钢316支架和Firebird药物洗脱支架。含铜不锈钢实验组TNF-α、IL-2浓度分别为(200.31±13.06)ng/L、(42.76±7.59)ng/L,低于Firebird药物洗脱支架(249.23±29.05)ng/L、(50.54±12.25)ng/L(P<0.01);IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平(57.72±10.93)ng/L、(35.18±7.11)ng/L、(103.3±21.95)ng/L,低于Firebird药物洗脱支架组(61.81±13.57)ng/L、(62.91±8.218)ng/L、(114.12±22.11)ng/L(P<0.01)。含铜不锈钢支架植入组的Th1炎症介质水平和支架内再狭窄的发生率明显低于不锈钢316支架组和Firebird药物洗脱支架组,且可能在保持Th1和Th2平衡中发挥着一定的作用。Study of the copper stainless steel stents is implanted in the coronary arteries and the influence of the type of Th1/Th2 inflammation medium level and its possible mechanism for the prevention and control of stent restenosis. The authors use the double blind method to divide the male dogs into three groups. And there are seven dogs in each group of dogs are seven. According to the group, there are three materials (copper coronary artery stent, 316 coronary artery stent, Firebird coronary artery stent) which need to be implanted into dogs. The differences of the stent restenosis rate and changes of the level of Th1/Th2 type inflammatory mediators were analysized by statistical methods. The restenosis rate of patients in-stent With copper stainless steel was 0% was lower than the restenosis rate without copper coronary artery stent of 12.21%. The difference was significantly (P〈0.01); The level of serum TNF-α, IL-2 concentrations were (200.31±13.06)ng/L, (42.76±7.59)ng/L in the patient with copper coronary artery stent was lower than (249.23± 29.05)ng/L,(50.54±12.25)ng/L which in the patient with Firebird coronary artery stent (P〈0.01); IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 levels were (57.72±10.93) ng/L, (35. 18± 7.11)ng/L, (103. 3±21. 95)ng/L and lower than (61.81±13. 57) ng/L, (62.91±8. 218)ng/L,(114.12±22. 11)ng/L (P〈0.01) in the control The difference was significantly (P〈0.01). The level of Thl inflammation medium and the percent of restenosis in the patient with copper coronary artery stent lower than other group. So the copper coronary artery stent may contribute to maintain the balance of the Th1/Th2.
