知信行干预对骨科疾病患者感染率和心理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行干预对骨科疾病患者感染率和心理的影响。方法 2011年2月～2014年3月间我院共收治骨科疾病患者83例,并随机分为对照组（n=41例）和观察组（n=42例）。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上,给予知信行干预模式。对比两组的感染率、焦虑和抑郁情况。结果对照组、观察组的感染率分别为19.5%、2.4%,观察组显著低于对照组（X2=4.651,P=0.031）。与干预前相比,干预后两组的HAMA评分显著降低（tHAMA=5.020,P=0.000;tHAMA=18.220,P=0.0 0 0）;干预后,观察组的H A M A评分显著低于对照组（tHAMA=12.866,P=0.000）。与干预前相比,干预后两组的HAMD评分显著降低（tHAMD=4.072,P=0.000;tHAMD=18.683,P=0.000）;干预后,观察组的HAMD评分显著低于对照组（tHAMD=15.992,P=0.000）。结论知信行干预能够显著地降低骨科疾病患者的感染率,缓解心理压力,降低焦虑和抑郁心理。Objective To investigate effect of KAP intervention on infection rate and mentality of orthopedics department patients. Methods A total of 83 cases from 2011 February to 2014 March in our hospital were treated in Department of orthopedics, and were randomly divided into control group（n=41 cases） and observation group（n=42 cases）.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was on the basis of control group and was given KAP intervention model. Infection rate, anxiety and depression of two groups was compared. Results Infection rates of the control group and the observation group were 19.5% and 2.4% respectively, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（X2=4.651, P=0.031）. Comparing with pre-intervention, HAMA scores of post-intervention of the two groups decreased significantly（tHAMA=5.020, P=0. 000; tHAMA=18. 220, P=0. 000）. After intervention, HAMA scores of observation group was lower than that of control group（tHAMA=12.866,P=O. O00）. Comparing with pre- intervention, HAMD scores of post- intervention of the two groups decreased significantly（tHAMD=4.072, P=O. 000; tHAMD=18 After intervention, observation group 683, P=0. 000）. HAMA scores of was lower than that of control group （tHAMD=15. 992 P=0.000）. Conclusion KAP intervention can significantly reduce the infection rate of orthopedics department patients, alleviate psychological pressure, and reduce anxiety and depression.
