摘　　要：目的探讨自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器在儿童鼻腔异物的临床应用。方法回顾性分析自2010年1月～2015年1月,在北京市昌平区医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的儿童鼻腔异物362例。结果使用我科自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器一次性成功取出359例,余3例因患儿不配合分两次取出。结论自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器取材方便,成本低廉,结构稳固,手柄长,易操作,可反复消毒使用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of self-made nasal foreign body extractor with a long handle in the treatment of nasal foreign body of children. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 362 children with nasal foreign body, which were diagnosed in our outpatient department from January 2010 to January 359 cases were taken out with one-time by using tool, and the remaining 2015. Results successfully our self-made 3 cases were taken out at the 2 of non-compliance. made nasal foreign the advantages of nd time Concl body e US by reason ion Self- xtractor has easily obtained materials, low-cost, good stability, simple operation with a long handle, and repeated sterilization. It deserves clinical application.
