黄杨宁治疗心律失常的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析黄杨宁治疗心律失常的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2012年1月1日～2013年1月1日期间我院的60例心律失常患者,随机分为对照组（30例）和试验组（30例）。给予对照组患者心律平治疗,在对照组的治疗基础上,给予试验组患者黄杨宁抗心律失常治疗,观察、比较两组患者的治疗结果。结果试验组的总有效率（90.00%）高于对照组的总有效率（60.00%）,试验组的并发症发生率（6.67%）低于对照组的并发症发生率（33.33%）,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论黄杨宁治疗心律失常的临床应用效果好,副作用少,可考虑于心律失常的治疗中推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Huangyangning in treatment of arrhythmia. Methods Randomly selected 60 cases of arrhythmia in our hospital between the date of January 1, 2012 to 1 January 2013, patients were randomly divided into a control group （30 cases） and group （30 cases）. the experimental Patients in the control group were given to propsfenone treatment of the control group experimental group of on the basis treatment, the patients were given Huangyangning antiarrhythmic treatment, observation and comparison of treatment outcome between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the test group （90. 00%） was higher （60. 00%） than the total efficiency of the control group, rate test group of complication （6.67%） was lower than the control group of complication rate （33. 33%）, P 〈0.05, there was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of Huangyangning in treatment of arrhythmia is better, has less side effects, it may be considered in the application in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
