封闭式负压吸引与常规换药治疗骨科创伤感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的比较封闭式负压吸引技术(VSD)治疗骨科创伤及感染创面与常规换药的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月-2014年1月医院治疗的100例骨科创伤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组采用常规换药治疗,观察组采用VSD治疗,比较两组患者的临床愈合率、换药次数、Ⅱ期手术时间、住院时间、抗感染费用、创伤及感染创面愈合时间,采用SPSS14.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组创面愈合率为72.00%,显著低于观察组的94.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数、Ⅱ期手术时间、住院时间及抗感染费用均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面及感染平均愈合时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规换药治疗相比,VSD治疗骨科创伤及感染创面效果更佳,愈合时间更短,应加以推广及应用。OBJECTIVE To observe and compare the clinical efficacies of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）and conventional drug dressing in treatment of the orthopedic trauma and wound infections.METHODS A total of 100 orthopedic trauma patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional drug dressing,while the observation group was treated with the VSD.The clinical cure rate,number of times of drug dressing,phaseⅡ operation duration,length of hospital stay,cost of antiinfection,and healing time of trauma and wound infections were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS14.0software.RESULTS The healing rate of wound of the control group was 72.00%,significantly lower than 94.00% of the observation group（P〈0.05）.The number of times of drug dressing,phaseⅡ operation duration,length of hospital stay,and cost of anti-infection of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The mean healing time of trauma and infections of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION As compared with the conventional drug dressing,the VSD can achieve more significant effect on treatment of the orthopedic trauma and wound infections,with the healing time shorter,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
