摘　　要：经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)普遍应用于需要长期通过静脉治疗的肿瘤患者,它有效地减少了反复穿刺对患者皮肤的刺激和破坏,但是这种治疗方式带来的诸多不良反应也应得到更多的关注;因此,该综述总结归纳了肿瘤化疗患者在PICC置管期间出现感染症状的诸多原因,帮助临床护理人员进一步建立对PICC感染的高危因素的意识,从而可以更好并且有效地预防感染的发生。The peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）is universally used by the tumor patients who need to receive long-term intravenous therapy,it can effectively reduce the skin irritation and damage induced by the repeated puncture,however,this treatment mode brings a variety of adverse reactions,for which more concern deserves.The study summarizes numerous causes of the infections in the tumor patients during the period of PICC indwelling,and it facilitates the establishment of awareness of the nursing staff about the high risk factors for PICCrelated infections so as to prevent the infection more effectively.
