摘 要:以SBS改性沥青400倍荧光显微图像为研究对象,借助MATLAB图像处理功能,提出一种SBS改性剂在SBS改性沥青中所占面积比的计算方法。按照新方法确定了SBS剂量为3%,4%,5%的SBS面积比,并在二维荧光显微图片中通过改性前后SBS改性剂与基质沥青质量、密度、体积的换算得到SBS改性剂膨胀的倍数,分析了SBS面积比与SBS掺量、针入度、软化点、延度的关系。结果表明:该方法可以在30 min内完成SBS面积比的计算;SBS改性剂在3%,4%,5%质量比掺量下的SBS面积比分别为23.25%,37.22%,44.33%,改性后SBS改性剂分别膨胀了6.13,6.68,6.12倍;在SBS质量比3%~5%范围内,SBS掺量越多,SBS面积比就越大;随着SBS面积比的增大,软化点、延度随之增大,针入度随之递减;荧光显微图片中SBS面积比较大的SBS改性沥青具有较高的改性性能。Taking the 400 times magnified fluorescence microscopic images of SBS modified asphalt as the research object, a new method of calculating the SBS area ratio in SBS modified asphalt is proposed by using MATLAB image processing software. The SBS area ratio of SBS modified asphalt whose SBS content are 3% , 4% and 5% respectively are determined according to the new method, the expansion multiple of SBS modifier is obtained through conversion of SBS modifier with the weight, density and volume of base asphalt in 2D fluorescence microscope images before and after modification. The relationship of SBS area ratio with SBS content and penetration, softening point, ductility are analyzed. The result shows that (1) the calculation of SBS area ratio can be finished in 30 minutes, the SBS area ratios are 23.25% , 37.22% , 44.33% respectively when the SBS modifier content are 3%, 4%, 5% respectively, and the expansion multiples of SBS modifier are 6. 13, 6.68, 6. 12 after modification ; ( 2 ) when the range of SBS modifier content is 3% to 5% , the more the SBS modifier content, the greater the SBS area ratio; (3) with the increase of SBS area ratio, the degree of softening point and the ductility increase, while the penetration decrease; (4) the SBS modified asphalt has good technical performance when the SBS area ratio are large.
