摘 要:为提高壳聚糖的吸附性能,将壳聚糖与丙烯酰胺和顺丁烯二酸进行接枝共聚,制得壳聚糖的三元接枝聚合物,并用红外、热重分析对其进行表征。随后将其涂覆于聚丙烯非织造布上,对涂层织物进行断裂强力测试、结合牢度测试、热差分析以及对铅离子的吸附和解吸附性能测试实验。结果表明:丙烯酰胺和丁烯二酸成功地接枝到了壳聚糖上,而且引起了壳聚糖分子结构的变化;涂层织物的结合牢度高,断裂强力明显增加;该涂层织物对铅离子的吸附容量比纯壳聚糖涂层织物提高了大约28%;在解吸附实验中,分别用HNO3和HCl做解吸附溶液,接枝聚合物的涂层织物在2种溶液中的解吸率可分别达到93.4%和65.5%。In order to improve the adsorption performance of chitosan, a kind of triplex graft copolymer was synthesized form chitosan, acrylamide and maleic acid. The copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrum and thermogravimetry. Then, the graft copolymer was coated on the polypropylene non-woven fabric. The performance of coated fabric was characterized by tensile property, binding fastness and thermal analysis. The adsorption and desorption capacity of Pb2+ with the coated fabric were studied in the following tests. The result shows that aerylamide and maleic acid are successfully grafted onto chitosan and the molecular structure of chitosan has been changed. The coated fabric has a fine binding fastness and its breaking strength is significantly enhanced. The adsorption capacity of Pb2+ of the copolymer coated fabric is about 28% higher than that of the chitosan coated fabric. In the desorption test, the desorption rates of Pb2+ are 93.4% and 65.5% in HNO3 and HC1.
