摘 要:为探究喷头拉伸比对热致液晶聚芳酯(TLCPAR)纤维结晶结构以及力学性能的影响,通过熔融纺丝法制备了不同喷头拉伸比的TLCPAR纤维,采用WAXD分析纤维结晶度、晶粒尺寸以及晶区取向的变化,并分析其力学性能。结果表明,随喷头拉伸比的增大,纤维的结晶度增大,而晶粒尺寸没有明显的变化。经喷头拉伸后,初生纤维晶区取向度较高,且随喷头拉伸比的增大先增大后不变。由于纤维结晶度随喷头拉伸比的增加而增大,晶区取向度先增大后不变,使得TLCPAR初生纤维的强度和模量随着喷头拉伸比的增加而增大。Thermotropic liquid crystalline polyarylate fibers with different spinneret draft ratios were meh- spun to study the influence of spinneret draft ratio on the crystal structure and mechanical properties of TLCPAR fibers. WAXD was used to analyze the crystallinity, grain size and orientation of crystalline region. And the mechanical property was also investigated. It is shown that crystallinity increased with spinneret draft ratio, while the grain size did not change much. Orientation of crystalline region was high after spinneret drafting, and didn't change significantly after increased with the increasing of spinneret draft ratio. The strength and modulus increased due to increased crystallinity and orientation.
