摘  要:在LCL型并网逆变器中,逆变器侧的电流传感器具有安装简易、开关模块保护动作灵敏等优点。通过比较LCL型并网逆变器采用网侧电流反馈和采用逆变器侧电流反馈的控制结构得出,采用网侧电流反馈具有更好的谐波抑制能力。在此基础上,文章提出了一种采用逆变器侧电流来估算网侧电流的方法,并将估算结果代替网侧电流的检测值,最后将网侧电流估算反馈控制与逆变器侧电流反馈控制的性能做对比。搭建了LCL型逆变器仿真模型和物理实验平台,仿真结果和实验结果验证了该网侧电流估算方法的正确性。Compared to be installed in the grid-side,it has some advantages that current sensors are installed in the inverter-side, such as simple installing, sensitive protection for switch module and so on in a project application. By comparing the control structure of using grid-side current feedback with inverter-side current feedback in the LCL type grid-connected inverter, the conclusion is that gridside current feedback has better harmonics suppression. After investigating the circuit of LCL filter, a method is proposed to estimate the grid-side current. Then the estimated grid-side current is used in feedback control, which is compared with inverter-side current feedback. A simulation module of LCL inverter and a physical experiment platform were built. The simulation results and experimental results verify the correctness of the estimation methods.
