低切高挂浮线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛周脓肿疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察低切高挂浮线引流术治疗高位复杂性肛周脓肿的l临床疗效，采用将感染肛隐窝（即内口）以下部分切开，内口以上至脓肿顶端挂线，远端脓腔用橡皮筋挂浮线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛周脓肿203例。结果显示，全部一期治愈，治愈率100％。随访6～12个月，无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、肛门畸形等后遗症，未见复发，肛门功能良好。结果表明，该术式治疗高位复杂性肛周脓肿疗效显著，治愈率高，复发率低，疗程短，痛苦小，避免了二次手术给患者带来的痛苦及经济负担。This study was to observe the clinical effect of low incision, high-drawing floating-thread drain- age for treating high complex perianal abscess.This procedure is performed as： incise the part beneath in- fected anal crypt （i.e internal opening）, take drawing-thread between internal opening and abscess-top,and adopt rubber band drawing floating-thread counter drainage at distal abscess cavity.Total 203 cases of high complex perianal abscess received this procedure.As results,all patients were cured primarily, up to 100% of curative rate;their anal function were all good;the follow-up of 6-12 months did not find any recurrence case,without the sequel such as incontinence,stenosis and deformity of anus.Results show that this proce- dure for high complex perianal abscess has the advantages as distinct effect, high curative rate,low recur- rence rate, shorter treatment course and less pain of patients, and, thus avoid patient＇s pain and cost burden from secondary surgery.
